A lifelong intuitive, I was drawn to healing and energy work in 2017 . I  hold Master certifications in Usui and Holy Fire Reiki, as well as certification in Shamanic Reiki. My flower essences, elixirs, oils, tinctures, and all other botanical products blend traditional and spiritual herbalism. Creating blends  inspired by my herbal education as well as my Nordic and Celtic ancestral roots.

Now in the second phase of my life, I am fully following my calling as a healer and teacher, offering personalized sessions and remedies to help women reconnect with their inner wisdom, find balance, and cultivate spiritual wellness. I am honored to have been featured on the Wisdom Rising podcast, in Canvas Rebel magazine, and as a guest teacher at Spiritual Life University.
